Purchase Price

All prices are for the items listed on this site only, are effective on the day(s) listed, are not applicable to any other orders, price schedules or promotions and do not include shipping or sales tax. Indiana sales tax of 5% will be charged to the total purchase amount unless a copy of a sales tax certificate is on file at PTS. Future pricing on and availability of these items are subject to change.

Payment Methods

Net 30 day terms from the date of the invoice is available with approved credit and the establishment of a customer number. Contact PTS Customer Service staff to receive appropriate application. All other shipments will be shipped COD. No third party checks. There will be a $25.00 fee assessed for all returned checks.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, PTS products are covered by a replacement warranty only. Please refer to individual items within each product category to find warranty terms. Defective product returns (dead on arrival or defective during stated warranty period) requires a PTS return authorization number (RMA#). Please contact customer service to receive RMA number. All returns must include the originally purchased item as received, complete with all parts, manual, swivel bases, etc. All product returned and tested good will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for contacting shipping company if unit is damaged and for filing appropriate claim forms. PTS can not accept responsibility for damage caused by shipping companies.

Freight and Shipping

Minimum shipping and handling charges will be $3.50. This charge is a materials, handling and insurance fee. All shipments are professional packaged for safe delivery. All product, unless noted, will be shipped in 5 working days. All handling and shipping fees are included in the COD charges.
