FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt

POSITION PURPOSE: Assist customers in placing or canceling orders, answering inquiries, resolving issues, model #research, collecting and providing general data.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and/or Related Training/Experience in Customer Service, basic computer skills, provide accurate weekly call summary documentation, effective verbal communication skills, conflict resolution skills, general excel knowledge.

DUTIES: (include but not limited to):

Essential Duties: Maintain specified daily average of incoming calls received, process all orders received daily, cancel orders as received, compile a weekly call summary sheet which includes an accurate account of: orders taken, orders lost, errors, inquiries, complaints, process credit
requests promptly and accurately within procedural guidelines. Stay at or below minimum error rate on missed sales and/or customer complaints against individual rep.

Account Representative | Bloomington, IN
Department: Client Relations

Location: Bloomington, IN

Reports To: Customer Success Manager

FLSA: Salary + Commission

POSITION PURPOSE: The inside sales specialist position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the graphic and textile print markets to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years in a sales account or customer support role, and experience in a public speaking or training role.

Essential Duties: Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend
initiatives with the company. Match programs to customer requirements, and close contracts for defined programs. Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. Ensure handoffs to community management, development and support are successful, and exceed
customer’s satisfaction. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Entry Level Mobile Software Technician | Bloomington, IN

Department: Mobility Department

Reports to: Mobile Device Operations Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:

PTS Electronics is looking for an Entry Level Mobile Software Technician. The successful candidate will be someone who loves to work hard and appreciates an entry level opportunity with growth potential in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS:

Attention to detail necessary to consistently maintain quality standards and an orderly work environment.
Ability to navigate through computer programs and folders.
• Ability and willingness to flex into other job roles from time-to-time as production demands dictate.
Willingness to work overtime when needed from time-to-time
Reliable and dependable attendance, able to infrequently lift 35 pounds.

Education & Experience:

Computer skills and some Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in a fast-paced dynamic technical repair environment is a plus.
Previous experience working with Samsung and Apple devices provides a good head start!

DUTIES: (but not limited to)

Essential Functions:

Use custom software and devices to correct or update corrupt software in mobile devices.
Maintain database with current mobile software by device model.
Document instructions on how each device needs updated in accordance with business practice.
Research new methods for device updates for new models when needed.
• Meet production goals for both quality and quantity produced.
Ability to recognize and perform data erasure on a wide variety of data-bearing devices
Perform data entry related to the work performed on each repaired item.
Identify relevant model numbers, part numbers and manufacturer serial numbers.

WORKING HOURS: M – F/ 8:00am – 4:30pm with flexibility options. Overtime may be necessary to meet customer expectations.

Mobile Device Level 2 Repair Technician | Bloomington, IN

Department: Mobility Department

Location: Liberty Drive Facility Bloomington, IN

Reports to: Mobile Device Operations Manager

FLSA: Hourly

POSITION PURPOSE:

PTS Electronics is looking for a Mobile Device Level 2 Repair Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues on smartphones – iPhones, Android, and Google. Mobility experience would be advantageous, especially in the use of diagnostic tools.

Essential Duties and Functions:

Inspect, diagnose and perform routine high-quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices including mechanical defects such as missing keys or loose hinges – Smart phones, laptop, desktop PCs and other mobile devices.
Disassemble old electronic devices and harvest parts and sub-assemblies for reuse.
Meet production goals for both quality and quantity produced.
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
Ability to recognize and perform data erasure on a wide variety of data-bearing devices
Perform data entry related to the work performed on each repaired item.
Identify relevant model numbers, part numbers and manufacturer serial numbers.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

POSITION PURPOSE:

PTS Electronics is looking for a Level 2 Computer Repair Technician responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, and tablets. Computer repair experience would be advantageous, especially in the use of diagnostic tools. Board Level repair troubleshooting and team sharing a plus.
