To provide total client business responsibilities within the business unit. The Business Manager is the liaison between the client and business and directs all aspects of managing clients needs and solutions.


THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the job include the following.  Others may be assigned.

  1. Coordinate and direct business requirements of a client (s) across multiple functions and departments including:
    1. Verify that division is meeting its contractual obligations of the client(s) to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
    2. Identify opportunities that best utilize PTS infrastructure to meet client requirements.
    3. Develop a client pricing strategy, involving the Finance organization, which focuses on profitability while remaining competitive.
    4. Communicate proactively with the client on business issues and strategic opportunities. Including finalizing the Statement(s) of Work and Quarterly Business Reviews and /or Monthly Business Reviews.
    5. Maintain customer KPI’s and dashboards to monitor and ID proactive actions and communication points to internal and external customers.
    6. Proactively develop product and service solutions and identify opportunities for maximizing efficiencies to (i) increase client service / satisfaction; (ii) reduce client costs and (iii) increase profitability
    7. Work with the client to specify new program requirements, design solutions and manage the implementation of new changes and new requirement.
    8. Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and preventative measure execution.
    9. Proactively share Best Practices across accounts and solution centers.
  1. Manage and support processes (and team as we grow) that is responsible for meeting client requirements / service.
    1. Represent the client and PTS interests to ensure each project proceeds within the allocated timescale and agreed specifications within the agreed operating expense limits.
    2. Utilize project management tools to monitor each stage of a new project implementation ensuring the project is on time and on budget.  Supports team by resolving any difficulties by acting as a liaison with various parties.
    3. Manage formal and informal communication with client business owners regarding program activities, issues and performance.
    1. Ensure that reporting deadlines are met on a timely and accurate basis.
      1. Ensures appropriate client centric metrics are generated and ensure overall data accuracy.2. Ensure client date and order processes are aligned with mutually agreed upon requirements
    2. Monitor corrective actions
      1. Support account team as they drive root cause analysis / corrective action process for client reported corrective actions and as they ensure client agrees with preventative action plan.
      2. Ensure account teams is improving efficiency/solutions by analyzing corrective actions and enhancing solutions.
    3. People Management
      1. Provide leadership guidance and support
      2. As applicable – review employee performance against set objectives and set training and development plans to improve team abilities while meeting strategic objectives and goals.


• Business degree or equivalent required.

• Minimum four years in a simliar industry.

• Sales / Marketing experience or exposure.

• LAMP or similar experience a plus.


• Working knowledge of the Business/Customer Management Process.

• Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand financial statements.

• Strong analytical skills including exposure to systems and familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization.

• Ability to effectively delegate.

• Proven ability to effectively manage a team(s) in a cross functional environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

• Fluency in English.

This position will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of necessary parts for various departments


Qualified candidates must have demonstrated skills toward data

Order parts as needed.

Complete purchase orders to include: quantities, pricing, estimated time of arrival, proper codes and freight tracking numbers.

Complete weekly generated reports and maintain contact with departments regarding special orders.

Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery.

Facilitate communications and provide ample assistance to team members.

PTS Corp is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for our Bloomington, Indiana facility to support our implementation and ongoing maturity of NetSuite. This new role requires a strong knowledge of NetSuite as well as an ability to learn new technologies associated with distribution and reverse logistics. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for working with our implementation partners to support our initial implementation, perform ongoing maintenance of the company’s NetSuite system as well as lead future improvements and integration projects.


  • Maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools / applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs
  • Design, implement, and maintain 3rd party software connections to NetSuite to support various business needs
  • Provide training and ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users
  • Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies and best practice required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration


High School Diploma or GED

Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards

3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP and CRM administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, including experience with NetSuite


  • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
  • Strong analytical communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic Data Analysis with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

  • Verifying the resistance between floor and the ESD (Electro Static        Discharge) mats, carts, heel straps, clothing, bins, wrists strap and heal    straps that are verified bi-weekly.

Workbench setup for Electronic Techs

  • Setup spectrum analyzers
  • Setup oscilloscopes

  • Screw guns and torque settings
  • Monthly logs for screw guns, temp, and ESD logs.
  • Provide daily support for internal and external end users.
  • Provide daily production support for external client software data wiping tools such as Pervacio and Future Dial.
  • Provide support for barcode printers such as Zebra (various models), Code-Writers, and Brother Printers.
  • Develop and design barcode templates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for workstations, laptops, printers, test equipment, hipot tester, barcode scanners, shipping scales, networking issues, and phones.
  • Image and deploy workstations for new setups and replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user software issues:
  • Setup IT equipment on new or existing production lines.
  • Perform other related duties, as required.

Desired Experience

• Two-Three years’  of IT Tech Support experience preferred

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

• Knowledge of data management and reporting applications preferred
